START HERE: What Can You Expect?
If you are curious, want to be free of stress, anxiety, fear, a restless mind, autoimmune disease, attachments, and improve your relationships, you've come to the right place.
Here’s a quick introduction for anyone who just stumbled upon this site. I’m ZZ, and I write about a host of different topics.
If you are here, you were meant to find me. Good. I like you already. I hope you will find some value in my writing.
It’s not necessarily for the faint-hearted, but it is honest and from the heart. I have learned a lot the hard way, and I write to help others on their journey. Mostly, but not solely. If you have further questions, feel free to ask in the comments or by replying to e-mails (for all subscribers).
Subscribe because you seek answers to questions like:
How to be free of fear, anxiety, anger, resentment, worry, or sadness?
How to manage my emotions and become more emotionally stable and resilient?
How to prevent stress and manage stress in my life?
How to let go and free myself from my mind, expectations, and attachments?
How to calm my overactive mind that torments me and drives me mad?
How to achieve inner peace, satisfaction, and lasting happiness?
How can I make peace with my current reality and the uncertainties of the future?
What other perspectives are possible, and how do I supercharge my empathy?
How to improve my relationships, both with others and with myself?
How to identify the underlying causes of persistent problems in my life and overcome them?
How can I heal my autoimmune disease once and for all?
How to meditate, calm my mind, and break free from the grip of my own mind?
What lies out there in the unknown, seeking answers to the greater questions of life and the universe?
Here’s a collection of my posts on substack grouped by topic:
How to Overcome Fear and Anxiety?

In my writing, I share my experiences, perspectives, and lessons in the hopes of helping others, broadening people’s horizons, and having a little fun writing.
I hope you find it helpful on your journey or at least entertaining and thought-provoking. I don’t limit myself to these topics, so you can expect anything, but as always, it’s best to have no expectations and be pleasantly surprised.

Everything is and will remain FREE, but there is a paid subscription option
Throughout my life, I’ve received an indescribable amount of joy, knowledge, and inspiration from other people’s writing for FREE! I am immensely grateful. They have quite literally saved me by opening my mind to new ideas.
My goal has always been that my writing helps, inspires, educates, elevates, and entertains everyone it touches.
It is my gift to the world - my gift to you, dear reader.
Give, and you shall receive. While I hope it lands on fertile grounds, I expect nothing in return, and I mean that. If you can’t afford it or don’t find it valuable enough to subscribe by paying, don’t. No hard feelings. Enjoy!
What to expect as paid subscribers?
First and foremost, you will receive my gratitude and appreciation. You should only choose a paid subscription because you want to support me, enjoy my work, and wish to read more of it.
Expect nothing! I don’t play “follow-back” games, and I won’t limit content to paid subscribers. You owe me nothing, and I owe you nothing!
By buying me that “monthly coffee,” you enable me to focus on writing. It won’t cost you much, but it makes a world of difference to me. If you choose a yearly subscription, you get a 22% discount.
Karma bonus points. It is said that the Universe, Karma, God, whatever you want to call it, loves good deeds and gifts given of your own free will. One can never have too many Karma points, but one can have too little.
Allow me to present an alternative
You can’t afford to reward my work with money? No problem. I understand. It’s a gift. Here’s something you CAN do for me and others who would benefit and enjoy my writing. It’s completely FREE, and it does MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
Share, comment, and help make the stories go viral.
I am an unknown, anonymous writer with limited reach. I suck at promoting myself and don’t do social media. If you can help me reach a wider audience, you will have done me a more significant service than by paying for that coffee a month. But only do it if you like what you read and believe others would enjoy it also.
Subscribe or don’t. Pay or don’t. Read or don’t. Share or don’t. Either way, I love you and wish you only the best. Sharing is caring, especially in the online digital world.
